Welcome to Pencil Box Quiz, operated under Quiz Village. By registering for or participating in any event hosted under the Pencil Box Quiz brand, including but not limited to "Pencil Box Quiz – General Knowledge Quiz," you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to all individuals who complete the registration process and payment of the applicable entry fee, unless otherwise specified for a particular event.

2. Registration and Payment

  • Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the entry fee through our designated payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • Each participant will receive a unique registration code and event ticket via email upon successful registration.
  • It is the participant's responsibility to ensure the email address and mobile number provided during registration are accurate, as event communication, including the participant's unique code, will be sent to the details provided.

3. Event Participation

  • Participants must use their unique registration code to join the quiz on the specified platform.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found using unfair means, multiple registrations to gain undue advantage, or engaging in disruptive behavior during the event.

4. Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to modify the event date, time, format, or platform due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any such changes via the email address provided at registration.

5. Intellectual Property

All quiz content, questions, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Quiz Village and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any technical issues arising from third-party platforms, if used, that may affect a participant's ability to join or complete the quiz.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in our events after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
